Vehicles parked on SR A1A in front of the Alligator Farm create a visual obstruction for drivers attempting to exit the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm Parking Lot onto SR A1A. Drivers must pull across, and block, the sidewalk in order to visually observe oncoming traffic heading Southbound on SR A1A. There are four cars parked in the four parking spots in front of the Alligator Farm on a daily basis. Suggested Solution(s):Parking on SR A1A in front of the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm should be eliminated to provide a “clear-sight” triangle of the oncoming traffic.
Landscaping on the corner of SR A1A near the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm blocks drivers’ view of oncoming traffic in both directions.
